Maximum occupancy is 6 people and minimum stay is 7 nights.  Smoking is limited to outside the villa.  Reservations will be held for 3 days pending receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total price.  The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.  We gladly accept personal checks, money orders and wire transfers.

Deposit is refundable, less 20% service charge, for cancellations received no later than 90 days prior to stay, if the reserved time is re-booked at same rate.

Beach Music Villa does not provide a washing machine or dryer.  A graduate student, who is a resident caretacker when the property is not rented, lives on premises in a private apartment beneath the guest house.
